I feel like to write this sentence 나는 1월 1일부터 영어공부를 시작 했다. in English.
But i haven't known correct sentence.

Is it correct to say "I have started studying English since two years ago."?
my question is about the usage of "since" + "ago". is it correct to use these two together in the context of a present perfect tense? like the example above? or another example like this: "I've know her since 3 years ago". or, "I've lived in this neighborhood since 4 years ago".

Also, you can't use "ago" and "since" to refer to the same time without another element, so your other sentences aren't right either. Those are the forms in good British English.
